Each initiative has a distinct purpose, but all contribute to a shared vision: helping people grow in faith and purpose by helping them to discover, develop and deploy their God-given potential.

When people discover their potential, families receive the support they need, leaders are equipped to serve and opportunities become more accessible, the benefits can extend throughout communities and across generations.
Transforming Communities is central to our mission. It reflects our commitment to addressing the challenges people face while helping to create the conditions in which individuals, families and communities can grow, participate and thrive.
Through leadership development, practical community support, personal growth and pathways into education, employment and enterprise, we seek to contribute to communities that are stronger, more resilient and better equipped to shape their own futures.
Our initiatives approach this mission in different ways, but they share one conviction: when people are strengthened and opportunities are opened, communities can be transformed.
This is the wider purpose behind our work. We are not simply developing programmes or delivering activities; we are working towards lasting change in people's lives, in the strength of families and in the communities they call home.

Audacity

Audacity is an environment for leadership formation, personal development, creativity and purposeful connection.
Through gatherings, learning experiences and growth opportunities, Audacity encourages people to deepen their understanding, develop their potential and turn insight into meaningful action.
It reflects our belief that people can be equipped to think differently, lead responsibly and contribute to the world around them.
Faith beyond the four walls. Purpose beyond the ordinary. Audacity connects spirituality, leadership, creativity, personal development and social impact — helping people move from inspiration to application.
The Plethora
Practical support. Stronger communities. Greater opportunity.
The Plethora focuses on community support, family wellbeing and initiatives that help people navigate challenges and explore new possibilities.
Its four areas of focus are food support, Employment Support, financial support and family support, alongside a wider commitment to helping people move towards greater stability and economic opportunity.
The aim is to connect people with relevant support while recognising their dignity, strengths and potential.
A planned physical community hub will connect our community with these areas of support, alongside tea, coffee, refreshments and conversation. The venue, opening details and service availability are still to be confirmed.
NXT Leaders
Reconnecting young people to opportunity. Unlocking potential. Building futures.
Too many young people face barriers that disconnect them from education, employment, training and the networks that could help them build a future. Some lack direction or confidence. Others have potential and ambition but limited access to experience, mentoring, employers or opportunities to demonstrate what they can do.
NXT Leaders exists to help change that.
We are committed to helping young people, particularly those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), or who are at risk of becoming NEET, find meaningful pathways back into learning, work and purposeful participation.
Our approach goes beyond providing training or pointing young people towards vacancies. We want to connect them to the people, resources, experiences and opportunities that can help them progress.
Through leadership development, career exploration, mentoring, skills development, work experience and connections with employers, education providers and training organisations, we aim to help young people move from disconnection to participation, from potential to experience, and from experience to opportunity.

We believe every young person should have a pathway forward, even when their starting point is difficult. Our approach seeks to connect young people with:

Discovering interests, strengths, aspirations and possible career pathways.

Accessing relevant training, digital learning, career preparation and opportunities to build confidence.

Connecting with mentors, peers, employers, education providers and supportive organisations.

Progressing towards college, further training, apprenticeships, work experience, employment or enterprise.

One connected journey
Through the wider NXT platform, we envision a connected journey where young people can discover opportunities, build relationships, develop their capabilities and connect with the people and organisations that can help them progress.
At risk of becoming NEET
A young person at risk of becoming NEET could explore career interests, connect with a mentor, attend a college taster session and progress towards an apprenticeship, with additional support from a partner organisation where needed.
Building a career
A young adult seeking to build a career could develop a portfolio, connect with a professional community, discover an internship and build experience that opens doors to employment beyond their immediate area.
An aspiring entrepreneur
An aspiring entrepreneur could showcase products or services through the NXT Marketplace, connect with other founders, find a mentor and develop relationships with potential customers and collaborators.

Our distinctive ambition is to connect the parts of the journey that are often fragmented.
Young people should not have to navigate every transition alone or start again each time they encounter a new service or opportunity. We want to help connect support, development, training, experience and opportunity into a clearer pathway forward.
By working with employers, colleges, training providers, community organisations and other partners, we aim to help young people access opportunities while enabling organisations to discover and develop talent that might otherwise be overlooked.
Our goal is simple: to help young people move forward, reconnect with opportunity and build futures in which they can participate, contribute and thrive.
LEAD

LEAD is our leadership conference experience, designed to challenge perspectives, equip people and inspire purposeful action.
Through the pillars of Inspire, Equip, Connect and Act, LEAD encourages people to translate ideas into decisions, commitments and practical contributions.
It reflects our belief that leadership is not simply about position, but about responsibility, service and the influence we bring to the world.
LEAD seeks to encourage responsibility, integrity and service — translating learning into decisions, commitments and practical contributions beyond the event itself.
A connected digital future

We are developing NXT as a separate digital platform designed to connect social interaction with communities, personal development, careers and the marketplace.
The vision is to help people build relationships, discover opportunities, develop their capabilities and connect with businesses and services through one connected digital environment.

Within this ecosystem, Pathways will provide a dedicated route for discovering and navigating opportunities in education, training, mentoring, work experience, apprenticeships, employment and enterprise. It is intended to help connect young people who need support to progress with relevant opportunities and organisations that can help them move forward.
NXT Leaders and NXT have distinct but connected roles. NXT Leaders focuses on developing young people and helping them reconnect with opportunities. NXT provides the wider digital environment through which people can build networks, discover pathways and connect with opportunities across education, careers, communities and enterprise.
Together, they represent our ambition to make the journey from potential to opportunity more connected, accessible and meaningful.
NXT's features, partnerships and services will develop in stages as the concept is tested and refined. These planned capabilities are not currently available.
